Rashi is currently working as a lecturer in the Department of Computer and IT at Holmesglen, while also pursuing a PhD in the field of blockchain at the University of Newcastle in Australia. She obtained her Master's degree in computing (research) from Unitec in New Zealand. Rashi has accumulated more than 14 years of experience in the field of education. Her practical experience in software development has enabled her to develop a broader perspective on IT project management and software development.
Furthermore, Rashi has been involved in the coordination of courses and development of curriculum in Australia and New Zealand. Rashi's areas of teaching proficiency comprise information systems, business transformation and innovation, IT project management, change management, business requirement analysis, software development, database design, programming, and system support and testing. At present, her research interests are in information systems, blockchain, innovation, and digital transformation. |
