| Abstract |
Dr Mary Hughes is the Course Leader of the Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching. Mary has extensive experience in Initial Teacher Education programs in both TAFE and University settings, with full accreditation as an assessor for the Graduate Teacher Performance Assessment (GTPA) in Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary schools. Mary’s teaching and research interests include educational leadership (with a focus on middle level leaders in educational settings), performing arts (music) and the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on staff and student learning, teaching and engagement.
