| Abstract |
Andrew Carruthers is a hospitality management academic with 20 years experience in both vocational and higher education. He has taught and trained both students and experienced hospitality professionals, in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Macau , Malaysia , Thailand and Vietnam. Currently he is Course Leader for Holmesglen Institute's Bachelor of Hospitality Management, and is passionate about work-integrated-learning and industry collaborations, as the bridge between the classroom and successful careers.
